Executive Vice President - Distributed Energy

Nirmal Chaturvedi is Executive Vice President and heads the Distributed Energy business at ACME. He brings with him over 29 years of experience in general management and operational roles with previous companies including ABB, Voltas, Inductotherm, Kirloskar Electric and Controls & Switchgears Ltd. Prior to joining ACME, he was the CEO at ICSA India Ltd.

Nirmal Chaturvedi's expertise includes managing operations in manufacturing, trading, domestic and export marketing for engineering products directly to industries and through dealer network. He has also implemented projects in power generation, transmission & distribution sectors on EPC / turnkey basis. He holds a BE (Electrical Engineering), MBA (Sales & Marketing) & is also a Fellow of Institution of Engineers and a Chartered Engineer.

Samir Sharan
Director - Operations

Samir Sharan is Director, Operations ACME. He has over 23 years of experience in business operations & services with organizations like Instrumentation Ltd, Tata Honeywell, Johnson Controls and Sodexo. Prior to ACME, he was handling business operations for large accounts for facilities management business of Sodexo.

Based out of Mumbai, Samir Sharan heads the Pan India Field Operations for ACME.
He is an Engineering graduate from B.I.T Ranchi.

Rattan Kumar
Vice President - Built Environment

Rattan Kumar heads the Built Environment Business Unit at ACME. He brings over 24 years of experience in general management and operations in the fields of HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Controls and Energy Efficiency. Prior to Joining ACME, Rattan Kumar was with Johnson Controls as a General Manager and was looking after Industrial Refrigeration and Navy Systems.

As Built Environment BU Head at ACME, Rattan Kumar is responsible for leading product & solution sales for the Buildings Industry. He is a Mechanical Engineer and a life member of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers).
