Manoj Kumar Upadhyay
Founder, Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Upadhyay, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of ACME Group is responsible for strategic growth and expansion of the company in India and abroad. He has over 14 years of experience in the power and telecom sectors. Earlier, as research engineer and, later, as technical head with the telecom power company, Benning Gmbh, Germany, Mr. Upadhyay successfully led the modification and adaptation of several critical power systems to suit Indian requirements. He started Adhunik Power Systems Private Limited in 1999, to develop lightning surge protection systems for telecom sites. In 2003, he founded ACME Tele Power Limited to provide innovative, energy efficient, environment friendly products for passive telecom infrastructure. He is the inventor of five patented product innovations and processes in this area. Mr. Upadhyay is also member of the Expert Committee on Science & Technology and Innovation of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM).

He is the recipient of several eminent awards, distinctions and citations for his indomitable spirit of enterprise and innovation. These include the prestigious Ernst & Young ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ Award, 2007, in the ‘Start-Up’ category, the renowned V&D100 ‘Technovator of the Year’ Award, 2008 and  “Dare” Inspiring Entrepreneurs 2011.

Sandeep Sethi
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sethi heads the global business of ACME Tele Power Ltd., He brings with him a rich and diversified experience of almost 20 years with MNCs in industrial/commercial B2B industries, having worked in the US, Singapore, China and India. Before joining ACME, Mr. Sethi was President of United Technologies for Carrier Commercial Refrigeration's Asian operations. Prior to that, he was with Johnson Controls, where he held various roles of increasing responsibilities. In his last role at Johnson Controls, he served as Vice President for the Services and Energy Management operations across Asia. He has a B.S. & M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the US.

V. P. Singh
CEO Solar - EPC

Mr. V.P. Singh is presently the CEO, Solar EPC and is responsible for EPC and operations of solar power plants (thermal and photovoltaic) at ACME Group.

Mr. Singh is a Mechanical Engineer by professional education and has worked in diversified industries. His rich experience of 37 years includes a 21-year stint at RGE International, Singapore where he headed the Power Business including EPC Company (Pec - Tech energy) of the group. Mr. Singh has worked across global markets including China, Finland, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, where he overlooked operations maintenance and project development and EPC for coal, gas, and biomass based power plants including co-generation power plant. His last assignment was CEO in Suryachakra Power Corporation.

R. Sampath
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sampath is the CFO and responsible for financial plans for the company. He is a Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He brings with him more than 28 years of work experience with organizations like Carrier, Moser Baer and Samtel.

Sandeep Kanwar
Chief Operating Officer - New Businesses

Mr. Kanwar has over three decades of multi industry Experience. Having held leadership positions he has worked in the areas of Profit Centre Management, Sales& Marketing, Customer support and logistics. Prior to joining ACME he has been associated with Companies like Shriram Fertilizers & Chemicals, Xerox India & Talentpro India. His areas of expertise include spearheading business model changes, setting up distribution networks, scaling up operations, and managing customer relationships.

At ACME, Mr. Kanwar has been involved in various business areas that have included providing leadership to the field organization in the telecom business. He has successfully established the Defence business portfolio and is now also associated with the Solar business.

Satyadev Adurti
Vice President Information Technology

Satyadev Adurti is the Vice President for Information Technology for ACME Group.  He has over 21 years of experience in Education, software development, consulting, FMCG, Fashion, Retail, chemical, Pharmaceutical, media and Telecom. He has worked with various sectors and organizations such as NIIT, Ryan Mc-Farland software India Limited, Apex Management Consultants, Bausch & Lomb, Jubilant Group of Companies along with their Indian as well as international subsidiaries i.e. Domino’s Pizza, Total super markets, Hyper Markets, Lalbhai Group member companies.  He is also an expert in deploying ISO 27001 and SAS 70 Certification.

Satyadev Adurti is responsible for Information technology, Global Energy Monitoring Center (GEMC) & also holds product responsibility of ACME’s Remote Monitoring portfolio. Satyadev Adurti is an Industrial Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering with an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University.

Ritu Mahajan
Vice President - Human Resources

Ritu Mahajan heads the HR function for ACME group. She has over 17 years experience working with organizations like GE Capital & Whirlpool. Before joining ACME, she was the Vice President - Learning & Development at GE Capital, later known as Genpact.

Ritu Mahajan is has handled different roles in the HR field, including Organization Development, Learning & Development, Compensation Management & Industrial Relations.

She is an MBA in Human Resource Management and is trained & certified on Lean & Six Sigma.
