Sewage Treatment System - Packaged Sewage Treatment System (Eco-H) for High Altitude Installations

Through detailed value engineering, process design and optimization, ACME has developed Sequential Batch Reactor technology based Temperature Controlled Eco-H to meet the needs for sewage treatment at high altitudes considering pounding temperature conditions, space , and terrain constraints , Logistic difficulties and aesthetics.

Acme’s Eco-H, is customized to operate at in temperature range between  -30 to 50 degree centigrade. Acme’s single tank reactor system has made it so simple to capsulate the reactor within a temperature controlled PUF shelter to compensate for heat losses and to harness the heat produced within the biological system.

Eco-H works on energy optimized batch process sequence of raw sewage filling, Aeration, settling of sludge and decantation followed by UV disinfection.

Salient Features of Eco-H

ECO-H uses the specially designed and developed ACME’s in-house approach in process logic.

  • The ‘Quick-Fill’ mode which maintains Starve and Feast scenario ideal for energy efficient small scale batch process treatment unit.
  • Sludge created in the process is denser and more compact and of very less quantity to  the order of 50gm/Cu.m of sewage treated.
  • Controlled by a reliable and robust micro-controller, programmed with ACME’s in house processing logic, makes it a fully automated system whereby  eliminating regular operational attention.
