The presence of one multi skilled technician per 100 Kilometre radius ensures that the service level agreements for a variety of customer requirements are meet effectively. The multi skilled technicians are extensively trained on various product lines at ACME national training school located at Rudrapur (250 KM. from National Capital New Delhi) to deliver highest efficiency at lowest service cost.
The entire field force is centrally managed & monitored by Global Energy Management Centre (GEMC). GEMC’s cloud based Complaint Management System (CMS) enables monitoring of calls, GPS based field force tracking, spares management, expense management etc. The application is seamlessly integrated with BI Tools for effective analysis of Root Causes (RCA), Turn Around Time (TAT), cost per call and spare parts optimization. The entire process is measured for KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), as well as efficiency across the value chain.
ACME supports their customers, by providing them with some advance infrastructure monitoring and optimization services besides regular SME and O&M Services.
These value added services benefit customers by providing them timely information regarding the operational status of various installed equipments e.g. equipment health check-ups and audits, repair & maintenance services, capacity planning & up gradation, expansion recommendations, lifecycle management of various equipments, relocation and restructuring of site equipments.
