With a dynamic portfolio spanning solar, wind, hybrid, and dispatchable renewable energy projects, we seamlessly develop, own, and operate utility-scale solutions that redefine energy innovation. Today, ACME’s operational solar capacity stands at 2,890 MW, and we don’t just set benchmarks—we generate endless energy possibilities. Powered by a cutting-edge in-house Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Operations and Management (O&M team), ACME is reshaping the energy landscape as a trusted independent power producer. 2003

Founded in Gurugram, Haryana

Set up the world’s first integrated Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia project in Rajasthan

2004

Introduced patented products – Green Shelter, Power Interface Unit (PIU) and Phase Change Material (PCM)

2006

Set up South Asia’s largest manufacturing line for Polyurethane Foam (PUF) panels.

Extended operations to Africa by acquiring REIME Group.

2008

Forayed into Solar MW power generation through first solar thermal power project based on Tower Technology in Asia

2011-13

Commissioned first Solar Photovoltaic (PV) power plant in Gujarat

Lithium-powered Energy Storage System developed for Telecom

2015

Became India’s largest solar power developer with portfolio of over 1,500 MW

2017

Won 200 MW in Bhadla, Rajasthan at the lowest tariff of INR 2.44/kwh

2018

Became largest solar power developer in the country with a portfolio of 5.5 GWp+

2021-22

Raised USD 334 m through offshore green bonds

Set up the world’s first integrated Green Hydrogen and Ammonia project in Rajasthan

2022-23

Total capacity developed crosses 6 GWp

Pipeline of 1.3 GWp+ in Round-the-Clock (RTC) and Wind projects

2023-24

ACME Solar awarded with Utility Scale Project Developer Company of the Year award at EQ’s Suryacon Hyderabad 2024 at the Telangana and AP Annual Solar Awards
